Visa required for Philippine ordinary passports
The Ministry requires a visa and describes a conditional 30-day single-entry e-Visa with qualifying supporting evidence. Exemptions for certain diplomatic or service passports do not apply to ordinary passports.
A French residence permit does not remove this assessment. It may serve as supporting evidence if its category and validity meet the conditions.
30 days, validity and one entry
The allowed time in Turkey differs from the dates during which the visa may be used. Check both on the issued permission and arrange departure within the applicable limits.
A single-entry visa must not be treated as multiple entry. If your itinerary includes leaving and returning to Turkey, assess the second entry before booking each stage.
Identity and documents to retain
Compare passport names with the application and supporting evidence. Following a name change, establish any linking documents needed rather than shortening names to force a match.
After issuance, keep an accessible copy of the authorisation and documents establishing eligibility. Form validation is not a decision to admit you at the border.
Leaving Turkey and returning
For a Turkey–another country–Turkey itinerary, a single-entry e-Visa does not automatically cover the return. Have both entries and required permissions assessed before buying a service or booking a non-refundable itinerary.
Supporting documents and passport validity
Where required, check a valid visa or residence permit issued by a Schengen country, the United States, the United Kingdom or Ireland against the official portal’s exact conditions. French residence is not a separate blanket exemption. A foreign e-Visa must not be assumed equivalent to accepted supporting evidence.
