Service and provider
Solution Visa Turquie is operated by SERVICES MAC LIMITED, registration 77443776, UNIT 1102, 11/F, 29 AUSTIN ROAD, TSIM SHA TSUI KOWLOON, HONG KONG. Contact: info@solution-visa-turquie.com. We are an independent assistance provider, without government affiliation. The authorities decide on visas and entry.
Offer and total price
The service covers assistance with a tourist e-Visa for eligible ordinary passports. The all-inclusive total per eligible traveller is €99 for 5 days or €149 for urgent 24-hour service (€50 supplement), including portal charges and assistance. Timeframes are indicative. No supplement is added without prior agreement. Official fees vary by passport; €99 is a commercial total rather than a universal consular fee. Exempt travellers and consular cases must not buy this e-Visa service. Stay and entries depend on the passport.
Order, documents and timing
The server checks each declared traveller’s criteria and the payable amount. Payment is confirmed only after server verification with PayPal. Send the required passport page and supporting documents separately by email or WhatsApp, quoting the confirmed reference. No file is sent automatically to the authorities. Timeframes start with a complete, eligible file and do not guarantee issuance. Information must be accurate; the representative of a minor must be authorised.
Cancellation, refusal and refunds
Contact info@solution-visa-turquie.com with your reference to cancel or report a problem. If the file cannot be handled, amounts for unincurred fees and unperformed services are returned. A refusal does not justify retaining charges for work not performed. Fees actually paid to third parties and assistance already performed may remain due, subject to mandatory consumer rights. A breakdown of charges actually incurred is supplied when relevant; no invented official-fee breakdown is applied.
Withdrawal and complaints
Where European distance-service withdrawal rules apply, the period is normally 14 days from conclusion. Use the online withdrawal form, or email your name, order reference, contract date and a clear statement. Urgency or accepting these terms does not itself waive withdrawal. An early start requires an express request, which can be included when sending the file; loss of withdrawal after full performance requires the legal conditions and express agreements. Payment data
