UNDERSTAND THE REQUIREMENTSWho needs a visa for Turkey?
The passport used for travel matters, not just where you live. There are three situations for tourist trips.
1. No visa for an exempt stay
French, Moroccan and Tunisian passport holders, among others: up to 90 days, subject to stay conditions. Most EU passports are also exempt; Cyprus is a different case. No visa service needs to be purchased for an exempt stay.
2. An e-Visa, sometimes conditional
Senegal, India or Pakistan: an accepted supporting visa or residence permit and other requirements. For Algeria, Egypt, Iraq and Libya, age can change the procedure. Other passports may also qualify for an e-Visa through the portal.
3. A visa through a consulate
If you need a visa and do not meet e-Visa requirements, use the consular procedure. Cameroon, Côte d’Ivoire, Mali or DR Congo: ordinary passports require a visa; our e-Visa service is not assigned automatically.
A French residence permit alone does not provide a Turkish visa exemption. A foreign e-Visa does not replace a required supporting visa or residence permit. Work, study, travel documents and special passports need separate assessment.

Frequently asked questions
Does everyone need a visa?
No. Some nationalities benefit from an exemption. Requirements depend on passport, age and trip.
What do 5 days and 24 hours mean?
These are indicative service times from receipt of a complete, eligible application. They do not guarantee an authority decision.
How is payment confirmed?
The server checks the amount, merchant and completed status with PayPal. A browser message alone is not payment confirmation. If the service is unavailable, payment buttons stay disabled.
Where do I send documents?
In the final service, send them by email or WhatsApp with the order reference after server-confirmed payment.
Is a visa guaranteed?
No. Turkish authorities decide on visa issuance and admission.
How long must my passport remain valid?
The general rule is 60 days beyond the permitted stay, with document-specific exceptions. The Ministry recommends a passport valid for at least six months on arrival.
Is visa validity the same as the permitted stay?
No. Check visa validity dates, permitted entries and the maximum time you may spend in Turkey separately.
Does a child need an individual application?
Each traveller who needs an e-Visa requires an individual application. Check the rules for children before departure.
